Your dry and sensitive skin need gentle makeup removers which are oil or water based.
I have narrow them down to my top 3 makeup removing cleansers which have been working great for my skin lately.
The Micellar Water
Micellar water became popular in the last few years or so. Bioderma introduced us to the cleansing water and after the giant success other brands did an amazing job on producing more of this product. I reach for micellar water the most… Why? Because it is one of these “I can’t be bothered to wash off my makeup” kinda products. It is so easy to achieve a fresh-faced result in less than a minute. No rinse needed and it is super convenient if you are on a rush or too tired to wash your face. My go-to micellar water is by Sephora. It is very gentle and great for dry/ sensitive skin. It removes face and eye makeup effortlessly and it leaves my skin hydrated and glowing. It is best to use a cotton ball as it can really absorb the product and properly strip all the dirt off your skin.
Let me start by saying that The Body Shop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil is by far the best cleansing oil I have ever come across. These oil based products you do need to apply, massage into dry skin and than rinse off. But the cool part is that it is one of these fuss-free products that can be used on eyes and face and it immediately lift away all the impurities. The oil itself never irritate the skin and it leaves it feeling perfectly clean and supple.Feel the pleasure of stripping off your makeup with these top 3 makeup removers. This product can actually reduce the oiliness in your skin as it balance everything out and there is no need for the skin to produce more of that annoying oil.
Cleansing balms have thicker consistency but ones massaged into the skin they melt and strip off all your makeup. My favourite balm at the moment is Templespa In The Beginning. This is a deep cleansing melt for dry and sensitive skin. In The Beginning contains olive butter, calendula, basil, lavender & vitamin D. This highly concentrated cleansing balm contains advanced melting exfoliating beads, which work to polish and brightens the skin. This is the best way to remove makeup on dry and sensitive skin because this product is so rich and at the same time gently exfoliate and leaves your skin nourished and radiant. . As per my review the Skin Therapy range by Templespa is amazing and I highly recommend it.*
