I like to change my skincare regime with every season. During Autumn and Winter my skin can appear dull and looses its elasticity. This is caused by the climate changes as well as the indoor heat. Just think about it… Most of the time, during Autumn and Winter, I find myself being indoor surrounded by air-conditioners. On top of that when I go outside the cold air “pinches” my skin like nothing else.
To revive my unhappy skin back to health and give my complexion a youthful glow I reach for these autumn skincare essential every day.

After I have washed, exfoliate my face and applied toner I like to press 3-4 drops of my favourite serum on my skin. Nude Omega Treatment is made of selected plant oils rich in omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9.
