Hi my lovelies, I want today’s post to be slightly different and thought it would be fun to share some home decor ideas and inspiration from the place where I feel most comfortable and protected- my home…
Recently I have been struggling with finding happiness and positivism in my life and coming back home every day has helped me realise how lucky I am. My home is my castle… It is metaphor which is really meaningful to me. Creating my little space to suit my personality is really important to me… So in today’s post I am going to take you trough my most loved bids and bobs from my little one bedroom home… Hope you enjoy it!
Nothing too fancy/ My Home Decor Ideas And Inspiration
First stop is the room where I spend most of my time…
I have been obsessed with copper lately… These copper pots were actually a candles from Anthropologie (one of my favourite shops ever) and after I burned them all out I turned them into home for my cacti and succulent plant.
The copper candle holder I purchased from Clas Ohlson and I really like the simple and minimalistic design.
Another of my favourite places to shop home bids and bobs is H&M Home. H&M home decor is very affordable and always follow the latest trends. I purchased this wire basket a while back and I usually keep my magazines or sofa throw in it. I love how my little corner, where I keep the basket, looks put together and my sofa area really cozy.
My bedroom is really small and I am not able to fit many furniture in there but I have added few accessories to make it more pretty.
This DIY bottle my mum made for me… It is actually a vodka bottle and she gave it that vintage look which I adore. I keep my bracelets and bangles on it and I really love the finished look.
The lamp on my bedside table is from Clas Ohlson. It is made of copper and cement. The vintage light bulb gives a fun but sophisticated effect.Home decor ideas to inspire you and help you design a cozy and beautiful home.Click To Tweet
Last but not least, I want to show you this clock I purchased from TK Maxx. The home section in TK Maxx is another favourite of mine. I love their unique furniture and it is so satisfying when you dig into the home stash and find something beautiful and rare. This particular clock really appealed to me with its modern look twisted with a bit of a vintage appear.
Taking you to my last room, the kitchen… I feel like I go for more vintage kinda appear when it comes to my decor in this room.
The salt and pepper, the napkin holder and the fruit bowl are all from TK Maxx. I love the copper napkin holder with the cute knife, fork and spoon design. The salt and paper are really unique and as soon as I saw them I had to take them home with me.
For all tea lovers this gorgeous dark emerald green tea pot is from Tiger. It is very sturdy and it makes the best tea ever.
